WARRANTY POLICY

LiP offers a three year warranty on all sunglasses against manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; scratches and pit marks on the lenses and frame; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorised modifications or repairs. LiP has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. This warranty applies only to LiP sunglasses purchased from LiP Sunglasses Co. Ltd and all authorised LiP dealers and is valid only with a proof of purchase.

If you would like to raise a warranty claim, please click the ‘Submit Warranty Claim’ button below and submit details of your claim. You should attach a copy of your signed warranty card, a description and images showing of the defect(s), and details of where and when you purchased the item.
