We understand that when buying sunglasses online, it can be difficult to really know if they are suited to you.  If you are not satisfied with our products, then we will accept a return for a refund subject to the terms of this return policy.

A summary of our returns policy is set out below:

    • The right to return must be exercised within 30 days of the purchase date in accordance with the Return Procedure detailed below.
    • The right to return can only be exercised on items purchased from Items purchased from authorised LiP Sunglasses resellers should be returned to the place of purchase if their conditions of sale allow returns.
    • The right to return can be exercised for a maximum of one item per order. If you wish to purchase multiple items to decide between different model / colour variations, we recommend placing separate orders for each item.
    • If you wish to exchange a product, unless otherwise agreed with us, you are requested to return the original item for a full refund and make a new purchase.
    • In the United States, if we have shipped your order to you from our US fulfilment centre, we may charge $8 ($14 in Alaska and Hawaii) for a printable pre-paid return label, and the return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If however your order was shipped from Taiwan or if return to our US fulfilment centre is no longer available, a pre-paid return label will not be available and the item(s) should be returned to Taiwan. In this case, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
    • For all other countries, you are responsible for the return postage costs to Taiwan. The return address in Taiwan will be provided on submission of the return request.
    • The returned products must be unused, in “saleable condition” and in the complete original packaging including product tags, all included accessories, warranty card and product information. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, should the products show any sign of use, such as scratches or residue on the lenses or frame. Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories, and/or manuals (i.e. any product not in “saleable” condition).
    • We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods. We recommend using a tracked service.



If you wish to process a return, please click on the link below to submit a return request. You will need to include your full name, email address, your delivery address, order reference number and reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will then email you confirming the next steps in the return procedure.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order.
