RETURN POLICY

We offer the highest in sunglasses quality. However, we understand that when buying sunglasses online, it can be difficult to really know if they are suited to you. 

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason we will happily accept a return for a full refund.

A summary of our returns policy is set out below.

•  The right to return must be exercised within 30 days of the purchase date in accordance with the Return Procedure detailed below;

•  If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a full refund and make a new purchase;

•  You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is in some way defective;

•  If the item is defective, please refer to the Warranty Claims page of our website

•  The right to return is excluded for prescription / RX purchases;

•  The returned products must be unused, in saleable condition and in their complete original packaging including all tags, all included accessories, warranty card and product information. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, should the products show any sign of use, such as scratches or residue on the lenses or frame;

•  We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods. We strongly recommend using registered mail with insurance.

RETURN PROCEDURE

If you wish to process a return, please click on the link below to submit a return request. You will need to include your full name, email address, your delivery address, and order reference number. Our Customer Service team will then send you an email confirming the return procedure.

Once we have received and processed the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order.
