Black Friday General Terms and Conditions
Our official 2023 Black Friday Sale starts for everyone at GMT 5am on Thursday 23rd November and ends at GMT 8am on Tuesday 28 November. During the sale, the Black Friday discounts published on https://www.lip-sunglasses.com/black-friday/ will be automatically applied in the cart, and there is no need for an additional discount code. The discounts applied are indicated in the shopping cart. If for any reason, the discount is not applied to you order, please manually add the following codes in the shopping cart:
Blackfriday15 – when purchasing 1 x any watershades model (Typhoon, Surge or FLO)
Blackfriday25 – when purchasing 2 x any watershades model (Typhoon, Surge or FLO)
Blackfriday30 – when purchasing 3 x any watershades model (Typhoon, Surge or FLO)
Blackfriday40 – when purchasing 1 or more Urban model
Please note the following:
- We won’t be able to honour the sale price for previous orders through refunds or store credits, regardless of when the order was placed.
- The discounts offered shall end at the time stipulated above – i.e. GMT 8am Tuesday November 28, 2023.
- The Black Friday sale is limited to complete sunglasses and does not apply to accessories or lens sets
- No other discount codes or offers can be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Discount offers
- Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Black Friday Sale
- Due to the rapid pace of Black Friday Sales, orders cannot be cancelled, updated, or modified once placed. Please carefully review your order before checking out to avoid any issues. We are not responsible for packages that go missing due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Black Friday Return Policy
Items bought during our Black Friday Sale are considered final sale, except if identified as faulty by our Returns Team and are beyond repair or replacement with the same item in the same size.
Please exercise caution when making your selections during the sale, as we are unable to process returns, issue credits, or facilitate exchanges due to rapidly changing stock levels.
In the event that you believe you have received a defective item, please promptly contact customer care via the warranty form at https://www.lip-sunglasses.com/warranty-policy/ within 48 hours of delivery, attaching images of the fault. If the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced, we will exchange it for you. A refund will only be applicable if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Black Friday Shipping Times
Shipping times indicated in the cart and checkout area are indicative only and do not represent a commitment for delivery on or before a certain date.
Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers USPS, FEDEX and DHL Express given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers. We recommend choosing the fastest delivery service at checkout and advise you to allow for extra time in delivery. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.
